Thales, a world leader in in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) systems, and British Airways today announce the completion of a new component repair agreement.
Initially the partnership will focus on British Airways’ repair work, but will expand to include other Thales TopSeries customers in the future.

The repair facility will be based at British Airways Avionics Engineering in Llantrisant, South Wales, which has the ability to repair and overhaul more than 3,000 different components.
Garry Copeland, British Airways’ director of engineering, says: “This agreement with Thales will offer British Airways and its customer airlines efficient repair turnaround times and reduced repair costs. We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Thales, and look forward to working with them over the next 10 years.”
